Riley Properties LTD the home of the short term rentals and short let property management, Pegasus Estate LTD the hub for our rent to rent services, HMO management and long term accommodation and lastly Pink Door Properties LTD the home of our own portfolio and house purchasing.

Short let property management
Short letting your property can be time consuming allowing Riley Property Management Ltd to manage it for you is the smart choice. Putting your property on Airbnb ensures a high turnover of income for your property, however all the extra effort you would have put in to dealing with guests and cleaners, is dealt with by us. We will manage the property without guaranteeing the rent and cover all management issues for 20% commission per month. As the landlord, you get all of the profit, except our 20% fee.

Houses with multiple occupants can be a difficult property to manage on your own. Pegasus Estate Ltd specialises in finding the right tenant for the right property and this is no more essential than with a HMO property.

Our Team Members
Founder and owner of PinkDoor Properties Group Ltd, Evie Stockford has always had a passion for business and solving people’s problems. In 2018, she found a new desire to go into the property market and just one year later, PinkDoor Properties was born.
She managed her first rent to rent house shortly after this and now, just 3 years later she has an ever growing, ever changing property portfolio and has managed countless properties. Having lived in Oxford all her life, it seemed the right thing for Evie to dive into her roots and cater her property business for the Oxford and Dorset areas.
She lives in a small coastal village between the two and often walks her dog, when she gets some down time. Since beginning PinkDoor Properties Group Ltd, Evie has featured in ‘Your Property Network’ magazine and ‘Tej Talks’ a podcast, both showcased her successful journey in the property industry in only 2 years.
